Orders and Payment

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming the details. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. The order is only accepted once the items are dispatched. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on the Site. Payments will be processed upon dispatch of your order. If we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment, your order may be delayed or canceled.

Shipping

We ship worldwide via FedEx Express. Orders are processed within 1 business day (Sunday to Thursday) and typically arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your destination.

Shipping fees are as follows:

• Orders up to €170 / $170 are subject to a flat shipping fee of €25 / $25.

• Orders above €170 / $170 qualify for free express shipping.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or temporary addresses.

Once the order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Import duties, taxes, and any customs-related charges are not included in our prices and may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the relevant local authorities.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging. Please note: shipping fees (both outbound and return) are non-refundable. The refund covers the value of the product only.

This policy applies equally to all customers, whether they have registered an account or made a purchase as a guest.

No Warranty for Wear and Tear, Fabric Sensitivities, or Failure to Follow Care Instructions

We do not provide any warranty for normal wear and tear, or for sensitivities or adverse reactions to fabrics. Additionally, this warranty does not cover any damage resulting from failure to follow the manufacturer's care instructions, including but not limited to washing, drying, ironing, or using cleaning products not recommended by the manufacturer. Any such issues are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Club Hallelujah shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations or delays in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to Acts of Nature (e.g., fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disasters), war, invasion, acts of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power, confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanctions, blockages, embargoes, labor disputes, strikes, lockouts, interruptions or failures of electricity, telephone, or communication services. This also includes:

• Pandemics, epidemics, or other widespread health crises;

• Cyberattacks, data breaches, or major technological failures;

• Sudden regulatory changes or government-imposed restrictions affecting commerce;
