SHIPPING METHODS
Club Hallelujah delivers worldwide via FedEx Express.
We cover all customs duties, taxes, and import fees (DDP), so there are no additional charges at checkout or on delivery.
All orders are processed within 1 business day, Sunday through Thursday. Orders placed on weekends (Friday–Saturday) or holidays are processed on the next business day. During sale seasons, there may be slight delays due to increased order volume.
Club Hallelujah is not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, or other external circumstances beyond our control.
All shipments include an official invoice showing the value of each item in EUR. For discounted items, the invoice reflects the reduced price. This value is also declared for customs purposes.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or temporary addresses.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and changes to the delivery address will not be possible. Please double-check your address during checkout.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping is free on all orders, no minimum required.
All duties and taxes are included (DDP).
DELIVERY TIME
FedEx Express delivers worldwide within 2–5 business days, depending on your location:
Europe: 2–3 business days
USA & Canada: 3–5 business days
Rest of the world: 4–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
You’ll receive an email with a tracking number (AWB) once the order has been handed over to FedEx.
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging, including all tags and security seals.
We do not sell through authorized retailers and do not offer customized products. Therefore, all returns and exchanges must be made through our official online store.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds are issued for the value of the product only and do not include shipping costs, unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.
RETURN PROCESS
We are committed to a zero waste approach – all return labels are provided digitally. You will receive a return shipping label by email along with your order invoice, ready for you to download and print if needed.
Customers are responsible for securely repackaging the items to avoid damage during transit.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), you will be notified by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We recommend using the provided trackable shipping label to ensure safe and traceable delivery. Please note: we cannot guarantee receipt of returns sent without tracking.
